Personalized Executive Function Coaching for Teens and Adults

Executive functions are the skills that help you decide what to do, when to do it, and how to keep going especially when tasks are boring, hard, or non-preferred.

People with ADHD and executive function differences are often misunderstood—misread as lazy, inconsistent, or not trying. Their brains work differently, especially when it comes to planning, time awareness, and imagining what needs to happen next. Difficulty sensing urgency or “seeing” the steps ahead can make follow-through hard, even when motivation is high.

I work with teens and adults to understand what's getting in the way of their follow-through. An ADHD diagnosis isn’t required—targeted strategies can help, label or not.

Do you experience any of the following?

  • Running late or losing track of time

  • Forgetting tasks or commitments

  • Feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or mentally foggy

  • Difficulty starting tasks or procrastinating

  • Disorganization that never quite resolves

  • Decision fatigue that leads to burnout

If so, you are not alone.
