A bit about me
Hi, I’m Galit Higgins (pronounced Ga-leet), an Executive Function Coach with both evidence-based training and lived experience. My work is neuroaffirming, LGBTQ+ affirming, and grounded in respect for how each individual brain works.

I come from a multigenerational ADHD family and wasn’t diagnosed until my mid-forties—an experience that helped me understand how easily executive function challenges can be overlooked or misunderstood, especially for girls and women.

For years, I appeared capable on the outside while quietly burning out on the inside. Learning how my brain actually works—and getting the right support—changed not just how I functioned, but how I feel in my life. That perspective shapes my coaching.

I hold two executive function coaching certifications, have trained extensively with Peg Dawson, co-author of the Smart but Scattered series, and engage in ongoing professional development. I also hold a cum laude degree from UMass Amherst in Comparative Literature.

My approach is personal, intuitive, and collaborative. Together, we build systems that fit your life—focusing on progress over perfection, compassion over pressure, and small steps that lead to lasting change.
