1 / Do you offer packages or require a number of sessions?
There is no required commitment or minimum number of sessions. Coaching is a partnership, and you are in charge of the process. Some clients come in with a specific goal they want to work through and then move on. Others find ongoing support helpful and choose to meet weekly or regularly over a longer period of time. We’ll check in along the way and adjust, based on what feels most supportive for you.
2 / What happens in a typical session?
Each session is collaborative, practical, and tailored to your needs.
We’ll typically:
-
Check in and review goals from the previous session
-
Talk about what worked, what didn’t, what felt challenging and celebrate successes
-
Set an agenda for the current session based on your priorities
-
Identify the executive function skills involved and explore tools or strategies that fit your life
-
Discuss potential barriers and plan for how to navigate them
-
Decide what kind of accountability or support would be most helpful between sessions
The goal of each session is to leave you with clear next steps and equiped with tools you can use right away.
3 / What are your rates?
Coaching is offered at $185 per hour. Sessions are available in 15, 30, 45, or 60-minute increments, allowing you to choose what best fits your schedule, learning style, and goals. Sessions take place virtually or by phone and include complimentary accountability support between sessions to help with follow-through.
4 / Do you diagnose ADHD or executive dysfunction?
I do not provide formal diagnoses. If you are seeking a diagnosis, I recommend working with a qualified medical or mental health professional.
